Our event space in KL rental rates are solely for venue hire only and is not inclusive of any decorations and other services.


However, we believe that every detail, no matter how small, matters. That's why let us take care of them for you. We have curated event decor, catering, and other services partners to help eliminate the stress from the planning process, allowing you to focus on the personal details that will make your event as unique as you are.

WHAT ARE THE RULES AND RESTRICTIONS ON YOUR EVENT SPACE?

Our goal is to make your event in KL as smooth and enjoyable as possible. While we do have some basic guidelines in place for the use of our event space, we are open to accommodating your specific needs and preferences. Let's have a conversation to understand your requirements and work together to ensure your event is a success!


We’re quite flexible as we want to work with the guests to create a seamless and great event experience. We’re open to discussion!

HOW MUCH IS THE SECURITY DEPOSIT BEFORE BOOKING YOUR EVENT SPACE?

The security deposit for booking our event space in KL is calculated at 15% of the total booking cost or RM1,000, whichever amount is higher. This deposit is collected to ensure the safety and condition of the space during your event. After your event concludes, provided there are no damages or issues with the space, the security deposit will be fully refunded to you.

DOES YOUR SERVICE INCLUDE AN EVENT COORDINATOR ON-SITE FOR ASSISTANCE?

Yes, you can count on having a dedicated member of our operation team on-site for the entire duration of your event.

IS FREE PARKING AVAILABLE AT YOUR EVENT VENUE?

Unfortunately, we do not offer complimentary parking as it is subject to the policies set by the building management. However, we can provide information about parking options or arrangements that may be in place for our event attendees. Please feel free to inquire about parking details when booking your event with us.

WHAT IS THE EARLIEST AND LATEST TIME EVENTS CAN BE HELD AT YOUR SPACE?

We don't have strict restrictions on event times as we aim to accommodate your needs and maintain the flexibility of our services. However, it's important to note that event timing is subject to the availability of staff and the event space itself.


There is no fixed time, we are open to discussion to maintain the level of flexibility that we provide. However, it is also subject to availability of manpower and the space.

ARE WE ALLOWED TO RESCHEDULE THE DATE AFTER BOOKING THE EVENT SPACE?

Yes, you can reschedule your event. However, while we do accommodate requests for rescheduling, please keep in mind that the availability of your desired date is not guaranteed. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will do our best to work with you to find an alternative date that suits both your needs and our availability.

DO YOU OFFER EVENT SPACE FOR THE SHORT TERM, LIKE 1 - 2 HOURS?

Our minimum booking duration for event space is typically 4 hours, which includes time for both setup and teardown.
