We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Personal Assistant to support our CEO.
This role requires a dynamic individual with strong content creation skills and exceptional organisational abilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Content Development Create and curate engaging content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms, including writing posts and developing multimedia content (e.g., reels) to enhance the CEO's online presence as an influencer.
- Bilingual Communication: Demonstrate excellent command of both English and Mandarin, ensuring effective communication on behalf of the CEO, both internally and externally.

We’re on the lookout for a Community Manager.
This is a full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur, with direct reporting to the Head of Operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitating outstanding guest service.
- Creating a warm and welcoming environment via Colony hospitality initiatives.
- Resolve guest issues with professionalism and patience.
- Act as a key point of contact for guests and visitors providing a professional and outstanding service as well as delivering an exceptional first impression.
- Serve as a primary resource in assisting guests within Colony; whether showing a guest to a meeting room, preparing their new office for move-in, troubleshooting basic technical issues, programming a phone, moving furniture to accommodate their office needs, providing a beverage or assisting with copies/administrative tasks.
- Provide a great environment for our guests by taking pride in continually keeping Colony “show ready” by ensuring the lounges, conference rooms, show offices and common areas are spotless and prepared for our next guests at all times.
- Become an extension of our guest’s team by delivering their mail, answering their phones, sending their packages, ordering their office supplies, booking their meeting rooms, preparing their meeting rooms and ensuring that they are able to concentrate on their work, while we manage their office needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute a strategic quarterly plan to achieve sales key results.
- Manage and develop a pipeline of new and repeat business to maximise workstation occupancy and event space bookings.
- Source, attract and close deals for tenants of all sizes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to build a pipeline of direct lead generation and referrals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pre-event & on-site communication with guests/clients.
- Oversee upkeep & general maintenance of space.
- Negotiate agreements with outside providers & subcontractors to ensure lowest cost & highest quality of service.
- Maintain a calendar of event and implement a system that enables & anticipates long term planning & effective event management for Colony.
- Be flexible on work schedules due to the nature of the job as an event manager.
- Prepare event programs & confirm all necessary preparations are in order Supervise, direct & coordinating the activities of personnel, subcontractors & vendors as required to successfully execute all aspects of the event on scheduled delivery day.

PUBLIC RELATIONS & BRANDS SPECIALIST
We’re on the lookout for a Public Relations & Brand Specialist.
If you are driven by the desire to craft PR strategies, building relationships with media and KOLs, and ensuring consistent brand messaging, we want to hear from you! This is a full-time (hybrid) position based in Kuala Lumpur, with direct reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Craft and Execute PR and Communication Strategies by identifying and leveraging publicity opportunities to drive business objectives. Establish and nurture strong relationships with influential local media and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Manage responses to incidents or crises effectively to ensure brand reputation.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.
- Draft and manage content for proposals, press releases, case studies, reports, and other marketing materials.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in agency or in-house brand communications. Proactive and able to identify and develop publicity opportunities. Familiar with local media and KOLs, with some existing relationships to build on.

INTERNS
MARKETING
Salary: RM1,000RESPONSIBILITIES
- To develop a positive image and relationship between the brand and the public, vendors, guests and clients.
- Assist in managing social media accounts and engaging with online communities.
- Create innovative, engaging and viral content for our social media platforms, with an emphasis on short videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Ensure that all content is in line with the Colony Group’s brand image and voice.

CONTRACT AGENT / INSIDE SALES ASSOCIATE
RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage all incoming leads and bookings across all booking channels for Colony and Jerry Coworking Space.
- Support the sales team in scheduling tours and appointments.
- Administrative maintenance of database and sales reports for Colony and Jerry.
- Track and manage Colony and Jerry’s booking and inventory.
- Upsell and cross sell Colony and Jerry packages that meets the needs of Clients.

- Able to accommodate schedules that shift from one week to the next.

GRAPHIC DESIGN INTERN
RESPONSIBILITIES- Create and design visuals for print and digital materials. Eg. social media visuals, marketing collaterals, website layout.
- Participate in content creation and liaise with the Marketing team to organize, shoot, and edit materials.
- Resourceful and creative ideas and active in brainstorming.
- Assist the team on any ad-hoc tasks assigned as and when required.
- Possess a minimum qualification of Diploma/Degree in graphic/video design or any related field.
- Experience with Adobe Software suites, such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Poses video editing skills is an advantage.
- Good creativity skills.
- Good command of English.
SALES
RESPONSIBILITIES- Assist the Account Managers with customising proposals for clients
- Prepare Event Order Agreements for any potential events
- Complete the sales handover process as soon as a deal is confirmed
- Liaise with other departments such as operations and finance to raise invoices and communicating important client or event details to the relevant teams
- Send confirmation emails to clients for confirmed events
- Meeting new clients and conducting physical tours in all Colony outlets (as and when needed)
- Gathering important client details during the tours and communicating them to the Account Managers
- Updating dashboards, pipelines and our event booking platforms
- Support the Sales Team in other administrative tasks
- Liaise with vendors for quotations and payments
- Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Oral and written skills - English is preferred, Mandarin is a plus.
- Ability to write great emails.
- Good at math to calculate prices fast and accurately.
- Equipped with own laptop.
- Ability to travel to any Colony location (KLCC, KL Eco City).
