INSIDE SALES MANAGER

INSIDE SALES MANAGER

Colony is currently seeking an Inside Sales Manager. This full-time position is based in Kuala Lumpur and will report directly to the Head of Sales.

Salary: RM4,000 - RM5,000
RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Lead and motivating the Inside Sales Team.
  2. Coach, train, evaluate and monitor the Inside Sales Team performance.
  3. Monitor Inside Sales metrics (i.e lead to tour conversions, inside sales revenue, customer lead response time) and manage the entire sales administration process.
  4. Oversee all incoming leads and bookings across all booking channels for Colony and Jerry Coworking Space.
  5. Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to develop sales strategies and solutions.
  6. Ensuring adequate manpower at all times to manage all incoming leads and achieving Quarterly OKRs.
  7. Able to develop analyse current trends and forecast to focus on low and high points of the market trends.
  8. Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process.
    REQUIREMENTS
  1. Proven work experience as a Manager/Team Leader.
  2. Hands on experience with MS Excel, Word and Google Sheets.
  3. In-depth understanding of the sales administration process.
  4. Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.
  5. Ability to learn on the fly and effectively cope with change.

BRAND OWNER (Team Lead & Project Manager)

BRAND OWNER (Team Lead & Project Manager)

Colony is currently seeking a Brand Owner. This full-time position is based in Kuala Lumpur and will report directly to the General Manager and Executive Director.

Salary: RM4,500 - 6,000
RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Take ownership of the Colony Group’s brand image and voice in all external and internal communications.
  2. Develop and execute Colony Group’s marketing strategies and creative content.
  3. Lead and manage the Marketing team and external partners to deliver on project objectives.
  4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure that project timelines are met.
  5. Work with multiple external partners to support the Marketing team’s function, including assessment, negotiation and coordination.

REQUIREMENTS
    EXPERIENCE
  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in mass communications or marketing preferred.

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER, SALES

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER, SALES

Colony is currently seeking a Key Account Manager. This full-time position is based in Kuala Lumpur and will report directly to the Head of Sales.

JOB SCOPE

The Key Account Manager (AM) should be a self-motivated professional with and an outstanding track record in sales. In this position, the AM will be responsible for meeting individual quarterly sales results within assigned locations and accounts. The AM should be able to manage multiple key accounts without compromising on the quality of services provided, while developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most business opportunities.


RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Develop and execute a strategic quarterly plan to achieve sales key results and deliver key metrics of conversion and price per workstation
  2. Manage and develop a pipeline of new and repeat business to maximize workstation occupancy and event space bookings
  3. Source, attract and close deals for tenants of all sizes
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to build a pipeline of direct lead generation and referrals
  5. Realize the entire sales process, from qualification, site visits, negotiation, to closing deals.
  6. Work with various stakeholders to drive Colony Guest satisfaction to ensure opportunities for additional business growth
  7. Maintain a high level of knowledge of Colony’s offerings while staying current in understanding the competitive landscape and industry trends
COMMUNITY MANAGER

COMMUNITY MANAGER

Colony is currently seeking a Community Manager. This full-time position is based in Kuala Lumpur and will report directly to the Head of Operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Facilitating outstanding guest service.
  2. Creating a warm and welcoming environment via Colony hospitality initiatives.
  3. Resolve guest issues with professionalism and patience.
  4. Act as a key point of contact for guests and visitors providing a professional and outstanding service as well as delivering an exceptional first impression.
  5. Serve as a primary resource in assisting guests within Colony; whether showing a guest to a meeting room, preparing their new office for move-in, troubleshooting basic technical issues, programming a phone, moving furniture to accommodate their office needs, providing a beverage or assisting with copies/administrative tasks.
  6. Provide a great environment for our guests by taking pride in continually keeping Colony “show ready” by ensuring the lounges, conference rooms, show offices and common areas are spotless and prepared for our next guests at all times.
  7. The Community Manager becomes an extension of our guest’s team by delivering their mail, answering their phones, sending their packages, ordering their office supplies, booking their meeting rooms, preparing their meeting rooms and ensuring that they are able to concentrate on their work, while we manage their office needs.
  8. Serve as a resource for guests seeking information, assistance or recommendations; a thorough understanding of all key services, products and amenities are critical in the ability to deliver service in an exceptional and timely manner.
  9. Demonstrate a true genuine passion for guest service by proactively seeking ways to surprise and delight our guests and guests, always going above and beyond.
  10. Managing community initiatives designed to develop guest relationships.
  11. Cultivate strong relationships with guests and service providers that further Colony’s credibility and good name.
  12. Contribute to the overall revenue of Colony by identifying opportunities and actively upselling/cross selling Colony’s products and services, and by assisting our Sales team with tours and site visits.
  13. Ensures that all daily service charges are captured and entered into the billing system on a daily basis.
MARKETING EXECUTIVE

MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Colony is currently seeking a Marketing Executive. This full-time position is based in Kuala Lumpur.

SALARY: RM3,000 TO RM4,000
RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Ownership of content production across different mediums for the Colony Group for all marketing channels.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams and liaise with external vendors to achieve marketing deliverables within the project time frame.
  3. Develop and execute marketing campaigns across a range of channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising.
  4. Establish and maintain strategic professional working relationships for partnerships and collaborations with other brands or companies for marketing and public relations.
  5. Work closely with Sales and advertising agency on advertising campaigns.
  6. Work closely with the Marketing Team to strategise and plan for content ideas to determine best practices and desired results.
  7. Oversee and support the creation of social media content and creative copywriting across all social and digital platforms.
  8. Oversee and support content production encompassing copywriting and graphics design.
  9. Ensure that all marketing production is in line with the Colony Group’s brand image and voice.
    REQUIREMENTS
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in mass communications, marketing, public relations or similar scope preferred.
  2. Strong command of English language and great communication skills.
  3. Strong background in marketing, project management skills, and a passion for driving results.
CONTENT SPECIALIST

CONTENT SPECIALIST

Colony is currently seeking a Content Specialist. This full-time position is based in Kuala Lumpur.

Salary: RM3,000 to RM4,000
RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Ownership of content production across different mediums for the Colony Group for all marketing channels
  2. Content production encompasses copywriting, graphic design and videography
  3. Able to strategize, produce and edit video content with primary focus on social media ads that are return on ad spend (ROAS)-focused
  4. Work with internal and external teams to achieve marketing deliverables within the project timeframe
  5. Ensure that all content production is in line with the Colony Group’s brand image and voice
  6. Ensure that the team is promoting premium products within their content (written, video, audio, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in mass communications, marketing or similar scope preferred
  2. Strong command of English language and great communication skills
  3. Advanced copywriting, graphic design and video editing abilities with careful attention to detail
  4. Experienced with social media video ads
  5. Working knowledge of graphic design and video production to be able to coordinate with teammates with a clear direction and brief

    3. Responsible for any opportunity to promote our brand in a proper luxury image according to the Colony Experience.

    5. Involved in brainstorming and conceptualising new marketing initiatives.
    6. Work closely with all departments to organize promotional events and social events.

    CONTRACT AGENT / INSIDE SALES ASSOCIATE
      RESPONSIBILITIES
    1. Manage all incoming leads and bookings across all booking channels for Colony and Jerry Coworking Space.
    2. Support the sales team in scheduling tours and appointments.
    3. Administrative maintenance of database and sales reports for Colony and Jerry.
    4. Track and manage Colony and Jerry’s booking and inventory.
    5. Upsell and cross sell Colony and Jerry packages that meets the needs of Clients.
    6. Extreme ownership of all task, challenges and possible solutions.
    7. REQUIREMENTS
    8. Able to accommodate schedules that shift from one week to the next.
    9. Equipped with own computer and have a strong/stable internet connection.
    10. Oral and written skills.
    11. Good attention to detail, with the ability to find inconsistencies and errors.
    12. Teamwork and the ability to work with a variety of people at all levels.
    13. Previous experience in providing customer service or inside sales is a plus.
    14. Hands on experience with MS Excel, Word and Google Sheets.

    18. CONTRACT & SCHEDULING
    19. Able to accommodate working schedule from Sunday to Thursday ; 3pm to 9pm.
    20. Contract period of 6 months + 3 months (optional renewal) ; 12 months + 1 month (optional renewal).
    GRAPHIC DESIGN INTERN
      RESPONSIBILITIES
    1. Create and design visuals for print and digital materials. Eg. social media visuals, marketing collaterals, website layout.
    2. Participate in content creation and liaise with the Marketing team to organize, shoot, and edit materials.
    3. Resourceful and creative ideas and active in brainstorming.
    4. Assist the team on any ad-hoc tasks assigned as and when required.
    5. REQUIREMENTS
    6. Possess a minimum qualification of Diploma/Degree in graphic/video design or any related field.
    7. Experience with Adobe Software suites, such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
    8. Poses video editing skills is an advantage.
    9. Good creativity skills.
    10. Good command of English.
    SALES
      RESPONSIBILITIES
    1. Assist the Account Managers with customising proposals for clients
    2. Prepare Event Order Agreements for any potential events
    3. Complete the sales handover process as soon as a deal is confirmed
    4. Liaise with other departments such as operations and finance to raise invoices and communicating important client or event details to the relevant teams
    5. Send confirmation emails to clients for confirmed events
    6. Meeting new clients and conducting physical tours in all Colony outlets (as and when needed)
    7. Gathering important client details during the tours and communicating them to the Account Managers
    8. Updating dashboards, pipelines and our event booking platforms
    9. Support the Sales Team in other administrative tasks
    10. Liaise with vendors for quotations and payments
    11. REQUIREMENTS
    12. Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail
    13. Oral and written skills - English is preferred, Mandarin is a plus
    14. Ability to write great emails
    15. Good at math to calculate prices fast and accurately
    16. Equipped with own laptop
    17. Ability to travel to any Colony location (KLCC, KL Eco City)
