The Event Lounges at Colony at KLCC and KL Eco City are designed for presentations, seminars, and handson workshops. Each includes a projector and screen, four wireless microphones, a sound system, and high speed WiFi with LAN port access. The KL Eco City venue accommodates up to 90 guests, while KLCC hosts up to 50.

TRAINING

The Boardroom at Colony at The MET, Mont Kiara provides a 915 sqft space accommodating up to 26 guests. The Boardroom features a fixed table for 16 participants, along with three Smart TVs for presentations and screen sharing. The adjoining room can be opened via movable partitions, providing additional space for breakout sessions or syndicate discussions.

TECHNOLOGY &
CONNECTIVITY

All Colony venues include complimentary high speed WiFi and LAN port access. Workshop bookings include projectors, screens, wireless microphones, and sound systems. Smart TVs with mirroring capabilities are available in The Boardroom. Full day bookings (10 to 12 hours) are available for multi day training programmes.

Colony provides catering including tea break packages from RM 36 per person, and lunch buffets from RM 60 per person. Each booking includes two complimentary cartons of mineral water (48 bottles). Additional mineral water is available at RM 25 per carton.

Yes. Event Lounges offer 5 hour packages from RM 4,800 on weekdays. The Boardroom offers 6 hour packages from RM 3,500 on weekdays.

Colony provides tea break packages from RM 36 per person and lunch buffets from RM 60 per person. Two complimentary cartons of mineral water are included with every booking.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations less than 7 days before the event incur 50% of the estimated bill. Less than 72 hours incurs 100% of the confirmed bill.
